At Cow Kirana, we strive to provide fresh, high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of grocery products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect items.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear photos of the product along with your order details.

Refunds

  • Once your request is verified, we will process either:

    • A full refund,

    • A partial refund, or

    • A replacement, depending on the issue.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5** business days** to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables (unless damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery)

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
