Returns

Due to the perishable nature of grocery products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect items.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos of the product along with your order details.
Refunds

Once your request is verified, we will process either:

A full refund,

A partial refund, or

A replacement, depending on the issue.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5** business days** to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
