Delivery Area

Cow Kirana currently delivers orders only to the following locations in Maharashtra, India:

• Bramhapuri

• Bondegaon, Bramhapuri

• Kurjha Ward, Bramhapuri

Orders placed for addresses outside these service areas may be cancelled and, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed during our business hours.

• Most orders are prepared and dispatched on the same day, subject to product availability.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery is typically completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on your location and order volume.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

• We may offer free delivery on orders above a specified minimum purchase amount.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order or the delivery address is incorrect, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, your order may be cancelled.
